Spent my Christmas holiday with family and it was amazing. the view from our room was phenomenal with a perfect proximity to great shopping and restaurants. the room was neat and tidy with all the necessary amenities.
Although everything was great, the price was a bit on the high side, and sometimes it felt like there was not enough space to move around quickly. this did not outweigh the joy of our family time together.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and made my stay very comfortable. The room amenities were good, with everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect for me, very close to public transportation and shopping. Another advantage is the free breakfast which was tasty and plentiful.
I was overcharged for my stay and had to deal with the hassle of getting it sorted out. My credit card was charged twice, and it took some time to get the refund.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the room was spacious yet cozy, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service throughout our entire stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the gym facilities and rooftop terrace with breathtaking views.
Experiencing a billing issue, which we hope will be resolved soon.
